Patricia Simpson is Owner/Consultant of Game Changing Etiquette and the Director of Academic Advising and Career Services for the School of Chemical Sciences at the University of Illinois.  She has worked in higher education for over 20 years and has been presenting etiquette dinners and workshops to corporations, universities, and civic groups for nearly 15 years.  A certified etiquette consultant through The Etiquette Institute® (formerly in St. Louis, MO), Patricia believes that using proper etiquette can change the game for you!
